The edge trimmer JY-4000 series are applicable for the cutting and edge trimming of sliced and peeled long thin wooden boards,winded single boards and various wool materials,regardless of thickness of veneer.The overall structure design of the machine adopts leading process and is manufactured with meticulous design and has the advantages of easy operation,quick speed,and high quality of cutting and high operating efficiency.The overall machine adopts transmission gears for speed change and connecting rods for transmission.Safety light curtain protection is provided at both sides of the console so as to ensure safety operation.In case of thin boards cutting,the upper Knife beam will swing to the right and left,with both sides installed with infrared emitters.Each time the operator cuts,it can clearly see the parts to be cut.
